Extract user experience feedback and sentiments regarding products, features, or business initiatives
Conduct studies to identify user experience improvement opportunities based on user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Analyze, prepare, and distribute consumer listening reports

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 1+ years working experience (experience in CX or User Research will be an advantage)
User-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with users pain points
Strong communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good comprehension of technology and comfortable working with technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, etc)
Proven ability of task management, project management and prioritization to ensure a smooth operation
Ability to analyze and gather insights from data to determine actionable items
