Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests before and during their stay via chat, calls, or in person to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proactively upsell activities and services from our existing portfolio creating tailored experiences for each guest.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Alfreds villa portfolio, activities, and services to confidently make recommendations.
- Prepare simple reports to keep activity bookings, upsell performance, and guest requests accurately recorded.
- Ensure clear communication with operations and concierge teams to deliver smooth and timely guest experiences.
General Qualifications
- Hospitality experience: At least 1 year in guest relations, front office, concierge, or a similar role.
- People skills: Friendly, approachable, and confident in speaking with guests.
- Upselling ability: Comfortable recommending and promoting activities in a way that feels natural and helpful.
- Organization: Able to keep records updated and report numbers accurately.
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
- Local knowledge: Familiarity with Bali activities, destinations, and guest expectations is highly valued.
