Overview

The Customer Engagement Staff role will be responsible to represent PepsiCo Supply Chain in partnering with key accounts and customers to drive business growth, ensure high service levels, and achieve operational excellence by maintaining healthy inventory across SKUs and distribution points, executing effective operational initiatives, and leading regular performance reviews.

This role will be assigned to support the Distributor and MTI (Modern Trade Independent) partners

Responsibilities

What you will be reponsible for:

  • Act as the single point of contact representing PepsiCo Supply Chain to key accounts and customers, ensuring alignment on growth, service, and operational priorities.
  • Own inventory health across SKUs, accounts, and customer DC / drop points, and drive necessary operational actions to prevent OOS and excess stock.
  • Deliver and maintain a minimum 90% service level for each customer distribution point.
  • Lead weekly and monthly operational reviews with customers, ensuring issue resolution, performance transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Initiate and coordinate cross-functional support (planning, logistics, commercial) to resolve supply risks and improve execution.

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business management, international business relations or any related field.
  • 1-3 years proven experience in supply chain, customer service, or logistics operations, preferably within FMCG or modern trade environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management and service level performance.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and collaborate effectively with key accounts and distribution centers.
  • Good analytical capability to interpret service level, stock, and operational data, and translate them into actions.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (planning, warehouse, transport, sales).
  • Effective communication and influencing skills to drive alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and supply chain / ERP systems.
  • Experience in leading or facilitating operational review meetings is an advantage.
