Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Data Analyst, located in Kebon Jeruk. The Customer Data Analyst will work on analyzing customer data to gain insights, develop actionable reports, and support data-driven decision-making. The role involves applying statistical techniques, creating data models, and providing clear communication of findings to internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics to identify trends and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to manage and interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and logical decision-making
  • Experience with BPO or customer-focused sectors is a plus
