Plan, organize, and execute engagement events and initiatives (e.g., town halls, employee gatherings, team-building, cultural celebrations) aligned with company values and culture.
Support the implementation of company culture through creative and impactful engagement activities across multiple touchpoints.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, leadership, regional teams) and external vendors to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
Manage event logistics end-to-end, including budgeting, venue setup, program flow, communications, and post-event evaluation.
Develop and implement communication strategies (announcements, campaigns, and digital content) to boost awareness and participation.
Collect and analyze feedback from events and engagement activities to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Track and report engagement metrics, providing insights to leadership on participation, impact, and areas of opportunity.
Ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with overall company culture and employee experience strategy.
Support other ad-hoc engagement projects as required.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience in event planning, employee engagement, corporate communications, or related fields (experience in tech, e-commerce, FMCG, or consulting is a plus).
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
Demonstrated creativity and passion for building positive workplace culture and employee experience.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and feedback interpretation skills.
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, survey platforms, project trackers).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility.
