Merchandising Sales & Distribution (Offline Retail)

Responsibilities :

• Allocate and consolidate stocks within offline retail channels.
• Ensure visibility and product sufficiency within stores.
• Create SKU & data administration in the system.
• Monitor and analyze the stock level and sales performance.
• Ensure the product is delivered on schedule at each channel.
• Create weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements :

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Min. 2 years in merchandising, preferably experienced in handling online & offline merchandising for fashion products.
• Data-driven & attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills & time management skills.
• Able to do strategic planning effectively.
• Critical thinking and strong problem solving ability.
• Thorough understanding of merchandising trends and industry best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-specific trends and issues, especially in the fashion or modest industry.
• Good computer skills (Ms. Office and computer literate, especially Ms. Excel).
