Support the preparation and implementation of basic competency assessments for CSR Officers in all refinery units.
Support the design and delivery of basic capacity-building training programs for CSR Officers across all refinery units.
Assist refinery units in the initial planning of community economic empowerment pilot projects based on the CEE Framework.
Support coordination, documentation, and data management for the preparation process of implementing EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) in accordance with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) regulations.
Requirements
Active Bachelor's degree student in semesters 68, or a fresh graduate (maximum 1 year after graduation).
Committed to a 6-month internship duration.
Educational background in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communication, Management, Environmental Studies, or other related fields.
Strong interest in CSR, sustainability, community development, and the circular economy.
Solid research capabilities and strong analytical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
Skilled in creating reports, infographics, and presentations.
Experience in social organizations, research activities, or community service is a strong plus.
Able to conduct basic data analysis (e.g., surveys, scoring, simple dashboards)
