1. Business & Strategic Analysis
. Take ownership of analytical and strategic projects end-to-end - including data
extraction, hypothesis development, structured analysis, financial modeling, and solution
evaluation.
. Conduct deep-dive analyses on seller performance, product/category opportunities,
pricing, and marketplace dynamics to identify levers for cross-border business growth.
. Support BD leadership in building robust business cases for new initiatives, category
expansion, and market-entry strategies in LATAM countries (Brazil & Argentina focus).
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
. Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Regional teams to
develop data-driven recommendations and translate insights into actionable BD
initiatives.
. Develop and present dashboards, reports, and insights to internal stakeholders,
ensuring complex analysis is communicated clearly and aligned with business needs.
. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to validate
opportunities and drive alignment across teams.
3. Partner / Seller Growth Support
. Provide analytical support for key seller acquisition, onboarding, and performance-
improvement programs.
. Evaluate the ROI and performance impact of BD campaigns, pricing incentives, and
cross-border policy adjustments.
. Monitor marketplace trends, competitor moves, logistics constraints, and regulatory
changes affecting cross-border sellers.
4. Strategic Projects & Ad-Hoc Support
. Drive ad-hoc strategic analyses requested by senior management, identifying trends,
risks, and opportunities that impact short-term performance and long-term strategy.
. Support leadership in preparing materials for decision-making, monthly business reviews
(MBRs), and strategic planning sessions.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Proven experience in e-commerce, retail or consumer packaged goods industries. Data Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, or FP&A related analytical roles, with a strong track record of problem-solving and delivering business impact.
. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, build structured models, and make clear business recommendations.
. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across diverse cross-functional teams.
. Highly adaptive and comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple ongoing projects.
. Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.
Plus:
. Proficiency in SQL (data extraction, querying, basic transformations).
. Strong understanding of LATAM cross-border e-commerce, including market trends, competitive landscape, logistics, payments, and regulatory considerations.
