We are looking for a CRM Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of CRM solutions for our clients.
This role is open for fresh graduates from Industrial Engineering who are eager to build a career in CRM systems, business processes, and consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Support CRM implementation projects as part of the consulting project team.
- Analyze client business processes and requirements, then translate them into CRM system configurations.
- Assist in designing CRM workflows and features across sales, marketing, customer service, automation, and reporting.
- Identify gaps between business needs and CRM system capabilities, and propose solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Support data migration, system testing, user training, and go-live activities.
- Ensure assigned tasks and deliverables are completed according to project timelines.
- Participate in client workshops, discussions, and user support sessions.
- Prepare basic documentation related to CRM configuration and business processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (mandatory).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in business processes, systems implementation, and consulting.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment.
- Willing to be placed full-time on-site (WFO) in BSD City, Tangerang.
