Responsible for ensuring that the pipe machine is running at optimal speed while preventive maintenance and other parameters are taken care off before and during the process to meet the production schedule and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
. Technical / High School
Preferred Experience:
. 2-3 years working experience as a Crew Leader on a relevant machine
Job-Specific Skills:
. Detailed knowledge of the pipe machine and components
. Ability to identify different types of resins and glass fibre
. Knowledge of raw Material and associated hazards, material safety data,
resin mixing / dosage system
. Detailed knowledge of product specifications - dimensional, visual & QC
requirements
. Knowledge of using measuring / tools such as pi-tapes, measuring tapes,
Vernier callipers
. Knowledge of required quality standards, visual defects
. Knowledge of CNC programs
