Job Desc/Role & Responsibilities:
- Utilize software as a service, such as FICO Platform toolkits (Decision Modeler, Analytical Work Bench, and Platform Orchestrator) to construct and deploy innovative decision strategies for our lending business.
- Assist the team leads in executing new projects in key markets and execute change management requests timely.
- Partner with Data Science, Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless software integration into the overall ecosystem.
- Serve as the liaison with the Regional Credit Risk team to implement evolving credit risk strategies in production, as well as optimize policy rules within the software to enhance business strategies.
- Conduct vigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) across platforms prior to production rollout.
Required Experience & The Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or Data Analytics or Computer Science/Engineering (Computer Science / Engineering / Data Science / Engineer background) with minimum GPA 3.25
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data with precision and accuracy.
- Self-motivated, independent learner with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Has 1-2 years of relevant experience in Has skill in Risk Decisioning tools, Analytics, Data Management and SQL ETL tasks
- Familiarity with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
