Credit Risk Analyst (Junior Level)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to join our regional lending business team in Jakarta. This role will work closely with the Regional Credit Risk team (Singapore) and Lending Tech team (Bangalore) to build and deploy credit decisioning strategies into production.

The ideal candidate is hands-on with decisioning tools, analytics, data management, statistical modeling, and SQL ETL tasks. Strong experience in Credit Risk will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and deploy decision strategies using tools like FICO Decision Modeler

Support the Head of Credit Decision Systems in implementing new projects and maintaining decision engines

Optimize business strategies and maintain policy rules in decisioning software

Work closely with engineering & product teams to integrate decision models

Assist the Regional Credit Risk team in evolving and deploying credit decision strategies

Perform data deep dives and collaborate on data solutions

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before production deployment

Requirments :

Essential Experience / Criteria :

1) A Bachelor&aposs/Master&aposs degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering.

2) Proficient in Excel and PPT.

3) Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

4) Self-motivated and independent learner

5) Detail-oriented and self-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic working environment

6) Good in business communication

Desirable Experience / Criteria :

1) 1-2 years relevant work experience in Credit Decisioning softwares, Credit Risk Policies and Project Management.

2) Expert in SQL/Presto, strong JAVA skills.

3) Proficient with working on Big databases.

4) Knowledge of data models, data mining and segmentation techniques
