Credit Management Specialist

• Conduct creditworthiness analysis and prepare recommendations for credit approval and credit limits.
• Monitor and evaluate customer credit usage and payment performance.
• Identify credit risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Management regarding credit policies.
• Prepare credit reports and support audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit management, credit analysis, banking, or audit.
• Good understanding of financial statement analysis and risk management.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
