Job Description

  1. Communicating with customer by phone, email, and visit to customer;
  2. Provide forecast for cash in;
  3. Monitoring AR aging focus on decreasing the Day Sales Outsatnading (DSO) Target : 75 days;
  4. Monitoring AR Overdue for all business units (Target maximum 4% from annual sales);
  5. Provide and analysis Monthly AR Report (DSO Report and Provision Report to Financial Controller;
  6. Prepare and Monitor monthly target for Credit Controller and report forecast and actual cash in to Financial Controller;
  7. Make sure dunning letter to customer has be sent;
  8. Checking bank guarantee or surety bond for project;
  9. Provide and analysis AR Aging Cumulative report (monthly) to put in SAP;
  10. Analysis underbilling and overbooking project;
  11. Meeting with Operational team to solve customer problem or supporting document problem (NIMOD - Project : Weekly, SERVREP-Maintenance: Weekly);
  12. Visit customer for helping Credit Control problem solving;
  13. Analysis for bad debt provision;
  14. Prepare and review daily, weekly, & monthly schedule for credit control staff;
  15. Review contract and ensure the complies with contract matrix from SEA Regional;
  16. Prepare and review daily schedule for messenger;
  17. Checking progress billing project;
  18. Lead credit control team ;
  19. Communication and coordination with Legal Partners regarding a project.

Requirements

  1. Complete knowledge of cash collection, credit control, and debt
  2. Bachelor degree in any field
  3. Previous experience in end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable processes
  4. Prefer to have experience a LIFT/escalator/elevator industry or construction industry
  5. Excellent in English
  6. Patient and outgoing personality
  7. Possess own transport (Car and motorcycle) and willing to work visit to customer
  8. Working knowledge of Credit law
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills especially during complex customer negotiations
  10. ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  11. Ability to multi-task
  12. Good leadership skill
  13. Ability work within under pressure
  14. Intermediate computer software skills, including Excel and other accounting packages , SAP, VIEW system
