Position Title: Consumer Bank Portfolio Excellence

Duration: 1 year September 2025 August 2026 + Extension or converted to permanent

We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join a strategic initiative focused on enhancing consumer banking and credit card portfolio performance. This role will directly support one of Indonesias top-tier banks in improving product performance, campaign efficiency, and overall customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute projects in the consumer banking domain, focusing on credit card product management, activation, spend optimization, and attrition reduction.
- Conduct portfolio analysis using both Mastercard and client datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Work closely with the banks product, data, and marketing teams to implement targeted customer strategies and performance campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, align priorities, and drive execution of weekly and bi-weekly milestones.
- Develop structured and strategic deliverables including market research, performance insights, progress updates, and steering committee presentations.
- Maintain communication across all stakeholders and ensure on-time project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 57 years of experience in consumer banking, particularly in credit card portfolio or product management.
- Proven experience working with Indonesian banks or financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle, from customer acquisition and activation to retention and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance measurement, marketing effectiveness, and customer behavior insights.
- Effective communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia (native-level) and English (professional working proficiency).
- Previous experience in consulting, project management, or PMO roles is highly preferred.
- Must be based in Jakarta and available for full-time, on-site work at the clients location.
