Business Performance & Management
- Conduct in-depth financial, business, industry, and risk analysis to support lending decisions for corporate banking clients.
- Prepare highquality credit proposals in accordance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring thorough assessment of creditworthiness.
- Perform regular portfolio monitoring, including covenant tracking, early warning detection, limit utilization, and risk rating updates.
- Coordinate closely with Relationship Managers and other business units to provide accurate and timely credit recommendations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all credit facilities, including reviewing legal documents and ensuring completeness before disbursement.
- Support periodic portfolio reviews, stress testing, and internal/external audit processes.
- Provide insights on client performance trends, industry risks, and potential mitigation strategies to support sound credit decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Credit Analyst, Corporate Banking Analyst, or similar role within reputable banks or financial institutions.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proven experience preparing comprehensive credit proposals for corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of corporate financial statements, cash flow analysis, risk assessment frameworks, and relevant banking regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate credit rationale clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple cases within tight deadlines.
