Role Overview
The Creator Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:
- Recruiting new creators that align with our platforms strategic focus.
- Incubating and developing creators to ensure consistent performance and long-term retention.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators to support content quality and engagement.
- Collaborating with internal teams to design programs that accelerate creator growth and contribution to GMV.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 34 years of experience inCreator Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, or Talent Management, preferably within anMCN (Multi-Channel Network)environment.
- Proven track record inrecruiting, onboarding, and managing creators, with hands-on experience in scaling a creator ecosystem across multiple verticals (lifestyle, beauty, gaming, F&B, etc.).
- Strong background increator incubation, including mentoring, content optimization, and growth strategies to improve engagement and monetization.
- Familiarity withcreator performance metrics(GMV contribution, engagement rate, CPV/CPR, etc.) and the ability to analyze data to optimize acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated success inbuilding partnershipswith creators, agencies, and platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Previous experience in developingcreator training programsor community-building initiatives is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding ofMCN operational models, including revenue sharing, contract management, and compliance.
- Ability tostrategize and execute creator campaignsend-to-end, from acquisition to long-term retention.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence creators effectively.
- Data-driven mindset combined with a creative approach to talent growth.
