About The Role
What if your love of reading and instinct for great writing could directly shape how AI tells stories, crafts essays, and communicates with the world We're looking for Creative Writing Evaluators to read, assess, and provide feedback on AI-generated creative content — helping some of the most advanced AI systems write with more nuance, originality, and style.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to avid readers, writers, editors, and anyone with a sharp literary eye. No published writing credits or formal credentials required — just a genuine feel for what makes writing sing.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated creative writing across genres — fiction, poetry, personal essays, flash prose, and more
- Assess writing quality across key dimensions: style, tone, coherence, originality, and reader engagement
- Spot clichés, unnatural phrasing, logical inconsistencies, and structural weaknesses
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback that helps AI systems improve
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- A genuine lover of reading and writing across a range of styles and genres
- Able to articulate why something works — or doesn't — with clarity and confidence
- Strong command of written English and an intuitive feel for voice and style
- Comfortable working through substantial volumes of text with consistency
- Self-directed and reliable when working independently
- No publishing credits or formal writing experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in creative writing, literature, journalism, editing, or communications
- Familiarity with multiple genres or literary traditions
- Experience with content evaluation, beta reading, or editorial feedback
- Exposure to AI writing tools as a curious end user
