Job Description
1. Analyze the client brief, campaign objectives, and brand needs.
2. Research on target audience, digital trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen strategic recommendations.
3. Lead client pitching process
4. Create and develop creative strategy for content, digital campaigns, and activation.
5. Create and define content pillars aligned with brand positioning, target audience, and campaign goals.
6. Conduct quality control on creative outputs to ensure consistency with the approved strategy.
7. Collaborate closely with Account Executive (AE), Project Manager (PM), Creative Director, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment from planning to execution.
8. Monitor and evaluate pitch and campaign performance to identify insights, gaps, and improvement areas for future optimization.
9. Stay updated with industry trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), content format to keep ideas relevant and competitive.
Requirement
1. Minimum S1 (Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or relevant)
2. 1+ years in creative strategy/Project Manager/ Senior UGC Content Creator
3. Experience in digital agency and portfolio showing UGC video is a plus
4. Proven ability to develop content pillars and campaign frameworks based on analytical and strategic insight.
5. Ability to map KOLs based on brand fit, audience relevance, and campaign objectives.
6. Strong communication, teamwork, leadership, problem solving & ideation skill.
7. Experience handling brands such as Beauty, FMCG, Consumer goods, Lifestyle brands is a plus.
