Role Description

The Creative Marketing Specialist role at PROPERTIA is a full-time, on-site position based in Canggu, Bali. The specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and managing social media platforms to drive engagement. Other responsibilities include crafting compelling content, executing social media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to create cohesive branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing and Branding to develop and execute successful campaigns
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and managing social media platforms
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and messaging
• Knowledge of industry trends and a creative mindset
• Proficiency with marketing tools and analytics is highly desirable
• Relevant experience in the real estate sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
