We are looking for a Bali based Creative Manager who operates at the intersection of storytelling, design, and execution. This is not a pure video editor or graphic designer role. You will act as a content strategist, creative producer, and hands-on creator, owning the full lifecycle of creative content from concept to final delivery.
You will transform raw ideas, product updates, team content, demos, and recordings into high-impact creative assets across multiple formats, including motion graphics, social videos, carousels, explainers, podcasts edits, and static visuals.
This role works closely with product marketing and leadership to build a modern, motion-first content system from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Ideation & Creative Thinking
- Proactively identify content opportunities across company activities, launches, demos, and feature updates.
- Pitch creative concepts and formats (e.g. turning raw clips into short-form social videos or animating static slides into launch teasers).
- Translate complex product features into clear, compelling creative narratives.
2. Content Execution & Production
- Own end-to-end execution of creative content across video and static formats.
- Edit and produce video content including:
- Motion graphics explainers
- Social videos (LinkedIn, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Podcast edits, founder videos, testimonials
- Web content and UI animations
- Design high-impact static assets such as:
- Social carousels, thumbnails, key visuals
- One-pagers, launch assets, lightweight brand collateral
- Create and animate assets using tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Figma, CapCut, Runway, or equivalent.
- Build and maintain a scalable content system with reusable templates, motion presets, and style guides.
3. Cross-Functional Creative Partnering
- Own the creative pipeline end-to-end: ideation storyboard asset creation final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with product marketing and leadership to translate business priorities into creative output.
- Support product launches, experiments, and GTM initiatives with strong visual storytelling.
- Help shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates over time.
4. Innovation & Trend Leadership
- Stay up to date with design trends, motion styles, AI-native creative tools, and content best practices.
- Introduce new creative formats, workflows, and approaches to keep the brand visually ahead.
- Encourage experimentation while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 58+ years of experience across creative roles (content, video, motion, design).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Motion graphics
- Creative storytelling
- Content ideation and execution
- Proven ability to turn raw or unstructured inputs into polished creative outputs.
- Deep proficiency with tools such as:
- After Effects
- Premiere
- Illustrator / Photoshop
- CapCut or equivalent
- High curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and ideas.
- Strong execution skills with attention to detail and creative quality.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-native creative tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Descript, HeyGen).
- Ability to shoot, direct, or edit live-action content.
- Background in early-stage startups, tech, SaaS, or AI companies.
- Agency or brand-side video production experience.
