Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Director for a full-time hybrid role based in Bandung, with opportunities for remote work. The Creative Director will lead the development of creative strategies, oversee branding and art direction, and guide graphic design projects. Responsibilities include managing creative teams, conceptualizing campaigns, and ensuring cohesive visual and brand narratives that align with client needs. This role involves close collaboration with various internal teams to execute innovative creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to conceptualize and lead original ideas and campaigns.
• Strong experience with Branding and Art Direction to ensure consistency and innovation in visual messaging and brand identity.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, including tools and techniques for creating compelling visuals and designs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience in project management and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Background in creative industries or agencies preferred; a degree in Design, Art, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
