Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating fresh concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Analyzing the market to capture current trends, audience characteristics, and competitors.
  • Developing targeted creative strategies to achieve goals.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to execute exceptional strategies.
  • Communicating ideas and strategies in an engaging and convincing manner.
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign results to assess effectiveness and provide recommendations.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree In visual communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative role (art director, copywriter, creative lead), preferably from advertising agency or related divisions of a brand
  • Exceptional conceptual skills (design, video, motion), strong ability to direct and lead creative work. Additional points for expertise in design tools
  • Experienced in managing creative team, guiding projects from conceptual to delivery with high standards in visual.
  • Team player, able to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver the projects on time.
  • Knowing and following about current trends in creative field that are suitable for the fashion industry.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.
