About the Role

As our Creative Associate, you will support the Creative Team in producing visual for digital and internal communications. You will assist in designing such as social media content, internal communications, presentations, and other brand-related materials. This role provides hands-on experience in translating ideas into compelling visual designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. It is a great opportunity to develop practical design skills in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual assets for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and internal communications
  • Adapt designs into various sizes and formats for different platforms
  • Support image editing, layout design, video editing, and website visual design
  • Create motion graphics (a plus)
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual outputs

Key Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
  • Strong sense of visual composition, typography, color, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
  • Good English communication skills is a plus

About the Team

The Creative Team is responsible for developing visual and creative materials that support the AdaKami's visual communication and brand initiatives. The team works closely with multiple departments to translate ideas and strategies into engaging visual content. As our designer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting a variety of ongoing creative projects.
