Role Description
We're hiring art directors across all levels. Whether you're a mid-level art director hitting your stride or a senior ready to lead, we want to meet you. At GPN Indonesia you'll shape how the work looks and feels from concept to final craft across campaigns, social, and a wide range of brand projects, working hand in hand with copywriters, strategists, and account teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and lead the visual direction of work across campaigns, social, digital, and brand projects.
- Translate ideas into beautifully crafted, on-brand execution across every touchpoint.
- Partner with copywriters to build ideas that are better than the brief.
- Work with strategists and account teams to ground creative in real insight and client objectives.
- Contribute to and, at senior level, lead brainstorms, pitches, and new business.
- Guide and review the work of designers and production teams to keep quality high.
- Mentor and lift the art directors and designers around you (senior level).
- Stay curious about culture, design trends, and new tools (incl. AI-assisted workflows).
Qualifications
- 2–7 years of art direction experience, depending on level.
- A strong portfolio showing range, conceptual thinking, and sharp craft across formats.
- Strong command of design tools and a sharp eye for detail, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia, with strong English (fluent preferred for senior, client-facing roles).
- A conceptual thinker who can also execute.
- For senior candidates: proven ability to lead projects, present to clients, and elevate the work of others.
- Collaborative, organised, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Genuine interest in brands, storytelling, and culture.
