With this mission, we are looking for talented individuals to join us in helping Indonesian children grow confidently in speaking English.
Responsibilities
- You will contact prospective customers to schedule trial classes, while introducing and promoting our products and services.
- You will engage in consultative conversations to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- You will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- You are expected to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- You will ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are properly recorded in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- You are ambitious, have a smiling voice, strong resilience, and are quick to read situations.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a telesales consultant (education or B2C background is preferred).
- You are confident in your English skills, with at least an intermediate level.
- You are willing to work 6 days a week, with days off on Tuesday or Wednesday.
