POSITION

As Country Sales Manager for Indonesia, you will be responsible for initiating and developing our business in Indonesia.

You will play a regional role in launching this business and expanding it to drive revenue growth.

You are independent and experiment salesperson able to fulfil and manage your territory, customers and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MAINTAIN BUSINESS WITHIN NEW ACCOUNTS

Achieve Revenue, Deliveries, Margin and DSO targets of POS & solutions & services Budget

Follow-up customers commitments and needs

Develop close relationships with VAR, Distributors, customers and increase the account penetration (increased value adds) for the POS business segments: Payment, Mobility, ECR, etc

Push for value-add sales: cash back, revenue sharing and solutions based

Provide vision and reporting to regional MD

Provide sales and business support and services to partners/customers

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT

Develop closer relationships local business partners and customers to create the conditions of new business opportunities (Transport, Mobile, financial inclusion etc...) and cross-selling

Allow time to develop new markets with new/existing partners

Respect the process of market and prospects evaluations

LEAD INTERNAL ACTIONS

Be accountable for internal actions with other departments (Marketing, technical, Legal, Customer Sales Administration, Security, Finance, Treasury, Operations)

Coordinate with Sales Administration, Technical Support, Marketing and R&D Support to ensure relevant and timely (speed) support to our partners/customers

REPORTING

Provide regular adapted reporting: minutes of meeting reports, trips, monthly reports etc...

Customer Account planning and competitive benchmarking, market update + database

Forecasts (Monthly) and participate in the communication plan (Newsletter)

Project, Technical and financial follow up on a monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or business administration, sales, marketing (masters preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of point of sales systems, payment systems, cash register software.
  • Sales experience in Electronic Cash Register (ECR) is a must.
  • Proven track record of successfully hunting and managing regional business
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build (from scratch) and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • English Fluent mandatory. Any other language is definitely a plus.
  • Good teaming and networking skills.
  • Good oral and written communication and reporting skills.
