About the Role
We are looking for a highly commercial Country Sales Manager to lead and grow our Bali business.
This is not a back-office management role. You will be on the showroom floor, actively selling, engaging customers, and driving performance. Approximately 70% of your time will be spent in direct sales, setting the standard for the team.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Execution
- Take ownership of 70% of showroom sales activity
- Lead by example through active selling and customer engagement
- Drive conversion, upselling, and customer experience
- Ensure strong follow-up, pipeline management, and sales discipline
Commercial Awareness and Opportunity Identification
- Identify potential B2B opportunities from showroom interactions
- Spot marketing and partnership opportunities from customer insights
- Pass high-value leads to the relevant teams and follow through
- Act as the commercial eyes and ears of the business on the ground
Business Growth
- Drive revenue across showroom, e-commerce, and B2B channels
- Build relationships with villas, hotels, and designers in Bali
- Support local growth initiatives and partnerships
Team Leadership
- Lead and coach the sales team through example
- Set clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards
- Build a strong, motivated, and accountable team culture
Execution Excellence
- Ensure smooth daily showroom operations
- Maintain high standards in customer experience and brand presentation
- Work closely with marketing and operations to drive results
Working Structure
- Based in Bali showroom
- Required to work 1 weekend day per week
- Available during peak periods and public holidays when needed
