Country Manager– Offline Channels (Dreame Indonesia)

Dreame Technology is a leading global smart home appliance brand, specializing in high-performance cleaning devices such as robot vacuums, cordless vacuums, and wet-dry cleaners. As part of our expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (Offline) to lead and grow our presence in the Thailand offline retail market.

Position Overview

The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key physical retail partners across the Indonesia . This role requires hands-on experience in managing major electronic retail chains and driving sell-through performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the business relationship with major offline retail partners .

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sell-in and sell-out targets.

- Coordinate closely with the local distributors sales and merchandising team to ensure retail coverage, stock availability, and POS excellence.

- Plan and implement retail promotions, in-store visibility campaigns, and new product launches across partner stores.

- Regularly visit stores, assess display execution, train frontline staff, and gather market intelligence.

- Track and analyze retail sales data and inventory movement, identify opportunities, and take corrective action if needed.

- Support internal and distributor teams with planning, reporting, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in offline sales or account management within consumer electronics, home appliances, or modern retail environments.

- Solid understanding of offline retail operations including planograms, inventory flow, in-store activations, and field execution.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and across teams.

- Fluent in English and Chinese

Nice to Have

- Experience working with Chinese brands or foreign principals.

- Background in launching new brands or products into the offline retail market.

- Familiarity with field team management (e.g., promoters, merchandisers, in-store trainers).
