Description
Our client is a global flavours and fragrances company with ambitious growth plans for Indonesia. This leadership role will drive commercial expansion, strengthen market presence, and lead a multidisciplinary local team.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of the Region, you will lead a team of employees across sales, technical, operations, and support functions. You will develop and execute the commercial strategy for Indonesia, drive revenue growth, and achieve agreed business objectives. You will build strong relationships with customers across key market segments, identify business opportunities, oversee sales forecasting, and provide market intelligence on industry developments and competitor activities. You will work closely with regional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry or a related field and have at least 12-15 years of relevant experience in the flavours and fragrances industry. Exposure to the flavours segment and experience developing new business are highly valued. You have a strong track record in sales leadership, commercial growth, and team management.
