Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, entrepreneurial Country Manager to spearhead our growth in Indonesia. As the leader of this market, you will be responsible for driving revenue through a dual-track strategy: high-touch enterprise sales and, most importantly, the aggressive expansion of our Channel Partner Ecosystem.

With over 10 years of experience in the Indonesian tech landscape, you will navigate the complexities of the local market to establish Neocrm as the leading CRM solution for Indonesian enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Indonesia, focusing on market share acquisition in the CRM/SaaS space.
  • Channel Leadership: Identify, recruit, and enable channel partners and system integrators (SIs) to scale our reach across the archipelago.
  • Revenue Growth: Take full P&L responsibility for the Indonesia region, consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly sales targets.
  • Direct Engagement: Personally lead negotiations for high-value enterprise accounts, providing a local face for the brand.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the primary spokesperson for Neocrm in Indonesia, attending key industry events and building relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in Software Sales (SaaS/Cloud), with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in selling CRM, ERP, or CX solutions. You understand the digital transformation journey of Indonesian businesses.
  • Channel Specialist: Demonstrated success in Channel Expansion. You have an existing network of Indonesian resellers and partners and know how to build a scalable indirect sales engine.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Indonesian business culture, regulatory environment, and procurement processes.
  • Communication: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Chinese is a plus, but not required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
