Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the organizations growth in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or country leadership, with a proven track record in cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving revenue growth while building long-term client relationships.

Qualification & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or country-level leadership.
  • Strong track record of selling enterprise technology solutions; cybersecurity experience is a major plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Indonesia market, regulatory environment, and enterprise customer needs.
  • Established network with banks, fintech's, telecoms and large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Leadership

  • Establish Protectt.ai's footprint in Indonesia, acting as the country lead.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with regional objectives.
  • Represent Protectt.ai at industry events, conferences, and with government/regulatory bodies.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive new business opportunities in banking, fintech, telecom, and enterprise sectors.
  • Position Protectt.ai's mobile app fraud protection and cybersecurity solutions as trusted offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative and solution-based selling.

Account Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, CISOs, and decision-makers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Partner Ecosystem Building & Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage local channel partners, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners to accelerate growth.
  • Strengthen Protectt.ai's partner ecosystem to ensure scalability and market penetration.
  • Provide training, enablement, and ongoing support to partners for successful delivery.
