Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Controller located in Payangan. The Cost Controller will oversee cost management and accounting, analyze financial data to improve operational efficiency, and implement effective cost-control measures. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, preparing cost reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Cost Control and Cost Accounting
• Proven ability to analyze data and possess excellent Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in Finance principles and standards
• Expertise in Cost Management and budgeting techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is highly desirable
• Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
