Job Description:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the availability of consumable materials in line with operational requirements.
Plan and execute shipments to destination warehouses, ensuring on-time, accurate delivery while aligning quantities with demand and capacity constraints.
Proactively communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding delivery quantities, timelines, and potential risks.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of purchase orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status.
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reports on inventory, shipments, and costs for management review.
Assist in preparing for special operational campaigns (e.g., double dates, payday).
Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and strategic projects related to cost control and operational efficiency, as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics or operations coordination.
Familiar with shipment planning and inventory control, especially across multiple locations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas) with strong capabilities to handle, analyze, and interpret datasets.
