Cost Control Executive

We are currently seeking an experienced Cost Control Executive to oversee our fleet's operational integrity and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the validity and completeness of all transaction documents
• Conduct cost analysis and ensure compliance with established procedures
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to superiors
• Facilitate communication and coordination regarding any indications of non-compliance or irregularities
• Engage in discussions with relevant divisions to compare actual costs with the agreed budget
• Maintain both hardcopy and softcopy document archives (e.g., Internal Memos, SOPs, Contracts, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Controller, Budget Controller, or in Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical thinking.
• Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
