Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on employee performance and business objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and gather feedback for improvement
  • Develop and manage digital learning initiatives (Learning Management System) to improve training accessibility
  • Collaborate with division heads to identify training needs and support team development
  • Coordinate with external vendors for relevant training programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any related field
  • 13 years of experience in training, learning & development, or similar roles
  • Strong skills in training design and delivery
  • Good communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to work from office (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta
