About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Corporate Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term strategic direction of the company by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to Head of Corporate Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving corporate initiatives and ensuring that strategic plans align with the company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, identify growth opportunities and communicate to senior leadership on the impacts and risks.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making, with key focus on company profitability.
- Lead capital budgeting efforts, including project evaluation and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.
- Perform business analysis and data analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives and their financial impacts.
- Utilize data visualization and data analysis tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.
- Deliver advanced presentations of insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic initiatives.
- Involve in end to end fundraising activities, M&A, and restructuring activities and providing the necessary documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business & financial analysis, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent presentation skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.
- A track record of innovation and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
