Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of strategic company projects initiated by the CEO, ensuring targets are achieved in alignment with the established timeline and objectives.
  • Develop and manage project charters, trackers, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Conduct regular monitoring to ensure projects remain on track and aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment across departments. Manage interdependencies and maintain effective communication among stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
  • Prepare regular progress reports for the Corporate Strategy Sr. Manager, including dashboard updates, risk registers, issue logs, and analysis of potential risks and project bottlenecks. Ensure all strategic projects are properly documented in a structured and comprehensive manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Prior experience in the F&B industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy in work output.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to manage and engage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Highly adaptable, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
