We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to expand our corporate client base by offering tailored wellness packages to companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and enjoys creating solutions that deliver real value for organizations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across industries.
- Qualify leads by understanding company needs, budgets, and decision-making processes.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify pain points and propose suitable reflexology and wellness packages.
- Create, present, and deliver compelling proposals to HR leaders, office managers, and executives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both clients and Nizumi Reflexology.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline management.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new corporate clients and coordinate with the operations team for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and identify opportunities for upselling.
Qualifications
- Min. 2 years B2B sales experience, ideally in corporate wellness, hospitality, or services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of sales pipelines.
- Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable with field visits, client meetings, and reporting.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for wellness, employee well-being, and corporate health initiatives is highly valued.
