Job Qualifications
Required:
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in corporate law, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, compliance, contracts, intellectual property, and litigation.
- Experience in managing legal teams and providing strategic legal advice.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
