About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team at Soengkar & Partners Law Firm. This full-time position is based in our Jakarta Selatan office, where you will play a vital role in providing strategic legal advice and support to our corporate clients.
What you'll be doing
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements
Advising clients on corporate governance, compliance and risk management matters
Conducting legal research and analysis to support the firm's corporate and commercial practice
Providing guidance on regulatory and legal issues impacting our clients businesses
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Staying up-to-date with the latest legal developments in the corporate sector
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Law and admission to the Indonesian bar
5 years of experience in a corporate law environment
In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and risk management principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide pragmatic advice
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients
Proactive, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality work
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal
