As we scale, we're hiring a Corporate Finance leader to drive long-term financial clarity and readiness. You'll be the bridge between our strategy, numbers, and decision-making — helping us build the future, one model and insight at a time.
What You'll Own
- Long-Range Planning: Build and maintain a robust 3–5 year financial model aligned with business strategy across multiple verticals.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the full-cycle planning process, from annual budget to rolling reforecasts, partnering closely with functional heads.
- Strategic Financial Support: Provide investment insights for expansion, product initiatives, and potential M&A.
- Performance & Investor Reporting: Create monthly/quarterly reporting packs, dashboards, and variance analyses that inform both management and external stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like
- A dynamic, flexible 3–5 year model is built and adopted by senior leadership as a strategic tool.
- Annual and quarterly forecasting cycles are timely, collaborative, and reliable.
- Management and investor reporting packs are consistently delivered with clarity and insight.
- ERP finance modules are streamlined for forecasting and variance tracking.
- Clear SOPs for budgeting, reforecasting, and reporting are in place and used cross-functionally.
Requirements

- Have strong first-principles financial modeling experience — you've built models and budgets from zero.
- Bring a strategic mindset and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and fast growth.
- Communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.
- Are hands-on, resourceful, and proactive — you improve things without waiting to be told.
- Prefer clarity and action over perfection. You iterate and learn fast.
