Project Manager (Project Based)

Location: Jakarta, Onsite

Employment Type: 6 months (with contract renewal)

About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about leading IT projects from end to end. This role requires not only strong technical understanding but also exceptional leadership and communication skills to ensure that every initiative runs smoothly, efficiently, and delivers measurable impact to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assisting end-to-end project lifecycles: from initiation, planning, and execution to monitoring and closing.
• Communicate through cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication between stakeholders, vendors, and management.
• Assist in project timelines, resources, and budgets monitoring to ensure project delivery within scope and schedule.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
• Ensure project documentation and reports are maintained according to company standards.
• Collaborate closely with IT Operations and Security teams in implementing changes and managing incidents effectively.

Qualifications

Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other IT-related fields.

Preferred Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, or Scrum Master.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an IT Project Manager.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of project lifecycles (initiation–planning–execution–monitoring–closing).
• Proficient in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Familiar with IT Operation SOPs, Change Management, and Incident Management processes.
• Skilled in budgeting, resource planning, and project risk analysis.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Able to deliver clear progress updates and issue reports to management.
• Well-organized documentation and reporting habits.
• Resilient under tight deadlines or emergency change situations.
