Job Description

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Corporate Finance (Investment) - Technology with the following details:

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  2. Minimum 57 years of experience in business development, strategy, or market research within the technology sector.
  3. Proven experience conducting industry research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence specifically in the technology ecosystem.
  4. Preferably has previous exposure to the AI industry, emerging tech trends, and digital transformation initiatives.
  5. Strong understanding of technology business models.
  6. Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, evaluate potential partnerships, and support go-to-market strategies.
  7. Strong analytical thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to build business cases.
  8. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across product, engineering, legal, and finance teams.
  9. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  10. Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving technology environment.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Conduct in-depth industry research across technology domains, with a focus on AI, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
  2. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to support the company's growth in the technology sector.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and regulatory developments to guide strategic decision-making.
  4. Develop and present business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, startups, research institutions, and potential strategic partners.
  6. Work closely with internal teams (product, engineering, finance, legal) to assess partnership structures and execute new initiatives.
  7. Support the development of technology-driven solutions, including scoping, planning, and execution of pilot projects.
  8. Monitor and track the performance of ongoing technology and AI-related partnerships or projects.
  9. Stay updated on global and local technology advancements, especially in AI, to anticipate future opportunities.
  10. Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and insights for leadership and board meetings.
