What will you do
- Support the fundraising process from NDA and dataroom creation until due diligence process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update business matrix and financial performance
- Support the Investor Relation process such as board meeting material preparation, investor data request etc.
- Analyze company matrix, financial performance and business data for FPNA and management presentation.
- Maintaining dataroom version and monthly data update for investor and internal monitoring
Requirements:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree (or higher) major in Engineering
- Have min. 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance
- Have experience in Big Four is a plus
- Experienced with building financial model and company valuation (DCF, Comparables)
- Experienced with FPNA, creating and/or monitoring business matrix
- Solid understanding of PnL, Balance Sheet and Cashflow
- Experienced in fundraising process, investors relations (dataroom, board meeting, etc.)
- Good skill with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Experienced with creating and/or updating investment deck, drafting response to Information-Request-List (QnA) from investors
