Overview:
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, deal evaluation, and strategic investment initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial analysis, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital structure optimization, and providing strategic insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Planning
- Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, new ventures, or expansion projects.
- Provide financial insights to support long-term business strategies and corporate decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial health across business units.
2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Lead financial due diligence and valuation for acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and consultants during deal execution.
- Prepare financial projections, synergy analysis, and deal rationale presentations for management approval.
- Support post-merger integration activities to ensure financial and operational alignment.
3. Capital & Funding Management
- Evaluate capital structure, funding sources, and financing strategies.
- Liaise with banks, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity financing activities.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
4. Financial Governance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Support management reporting and Board presentations on investment performance, M&A updates, and strategic finance initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust internal financial models and valuation frameworks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 58 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or M&A.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis).
- Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across departments.
- Strong communication skills, especially in presenting complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer goods industries.
- Exposure to cross-border M&A or Southeast Asia markets (especially Indonesia).
- Prior experience in Big 4 corporate finance advisory or multinational finance teams.
