Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to lead financial planning, deal evaluation, and strategic investment initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial analysis, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital structure optimization, and providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning

  • Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, new ventures, or expansion projects.
  • Provide financial insights to support long-term business strategies and corporate decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial health across business units.

2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

  • Lead financial due diligence and valuation for acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and consultants during deal execution.
  • Prepare financial projections, synergy analysis, and deal rationale presentations for management approval.
  • Support post-merger integration activities to ensure financial and operational alignment.

3. Capital & Funding Management

  • Evaluate capital structure, funding sources, and financing strategies.
  • Liaise with banks, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity financing activities.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.

4. Financial Governance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Support management reporting and Board presentations on investment performance, M&A updates, and strategic finance initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal financial models and valuation frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 58 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or M&A.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis).
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across departments.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in presenting complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Exposure to cross-border M&A or Southeast Asia markets (especially Indonesia).
  • Prior experience in Big 4 corporate finance advisory or multinational finance teams.
