KPMG Deal Advisory M&A provides organizations constructive advice throughout the life cycle of a transaction.
What you will do
- Reviewing M&A acquisition, capital markets, or other funding strategies and assessing alternatives
- Assisting in developing acquisition or divestment strategies to maximize returns
- M&A Target Screening: identifying and assessing potential targets both domestically and internationally. Market Research
- M&A deal management services for sell-side and buy-side
- Pricing analysis, deal structuring and negotiations, SPA contract assistance
- IPO advisory services
Desired skills & experience
- Experience in providing sell-side and buy-side M&A services to major corporations, SMEs and private equity funds
- Strong business acumen, proven analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management with strong networking skills with good understanding of the domestic market
- Actively involved in the execution of M&A deals in Indonesia for local and international clients
- Ability to execute tasks encompassing building financial model, valuation, drafting information memorandum, financial analysis and reviewing due diligence reports
- Ability to conduct research and market analysis to help assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment
- Ability to contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables, business development and marketing initiatives
- CFA or other relevant international certificates will be an advantage
- Excellent academic background in fields related to Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance or equivalent
- Exceptional English communication skills, presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics
