Key Responsibilities :
1. Investor Relations Support
Support the day-to-day execution of investor relations activities by ensuring timely, accurate, and well-organized reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate investor due diligence by working with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and organize requested information.
- Prepare recurring investor reports, business updates, board materials, and presentation decks.
- Review financial and operational information to ensure accuracy and consistency prior to distribution.
- Maintain the investor data room and ensure supporting documentation remains complete and up to date.
- Track investor requests and coordinate follow-ups with internal stakeholders.
2. Debt & Lender Management
Support the execution and administration of debt facilities throughout the funding lifecycle.
- Coordinate lender due diligence and financing documentation with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit periodic lender reports accurately and on schedule.
- Coordinate lender QA processes with Operations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding findings.
- Maintain financing agreements, legal documentation, facility records, and lender documentation.
- Support debt fundraising activities by preparing due diligence materials, coordinating documentation, facilitating lender onboarding, and monitoring financing milestones.
- Monitor lender reporting obligations and ensure compliance with financing requirements.
3. Funding Monitoring & Planning Support
Maintain funding information and monitor financing obligations to support funding planning.
- Maintain debt schedules, repayment calendars, facility utilization trackers, and funding plans.
- Monitor covenant compliance, debt maturities, repayment schedules, and financing milestones, highlighting upcoming actions or potential issues to the Head of Funding.
- Prepare and maintain funding dashboards and trackers to support funding planning and financing decisions.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- min 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Investor Relations, or related fields.
- Experience working with lenders, investors, financial institutions, or external stakeholders is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable reviewing, validating, and analyzing financial and operational data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with debt documentation, financing agreements, covenant monitoring, and due diligence processes is an advantage.
- Experience in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting is an advantage.
