Directs many aspects of execution; organizes and supervises associates work product.
Design and execute financial analysis (including financial modeling capability) to support development of strategic insights (including consideration of market development, organizational options and responses, capacity/capability-building requirements etc.)
Lead and deliver market and operational reviews, strategic studies and business plan reviews.
Drive business development initiatives which will include market and proposition development.
Expect to get involved in driving performance and building plans for the future.
Relationship management with business partners, consultants, etc.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in economics (finance, accounting), engineering, with MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
5+ years relevant working experience gained either in management consulting, advisory and investment banking doing similar roles providing strategic advice to clients or from corporate strategy and corporate development roles.
Have experience working in Big Four Accounting Firm
Experience in managing multi-department team.
Superior quantitative and analytic skills and advanced level in Ms Office Excel and PowerPoint
Have ability to manage models for problem solving, variance analysis, business forecasting, financial modeling and corporate valuation.
Have strong attention to detail and be motivated by a fast paced business environment.
Have an extremely high level of customer focus and ability to partner with key internal customers.
Have experience with doing analysis in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Comfortable working with cross functional teams and dealing with ambiguity.
Ability to drive results in a rapidly changing business environment.
